Getting Around the Bay Area
From the city's unprecendent cable-car run down Clay Street in 1873 to the present-day computerized Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART), San Francisco has had a long and successful tradition of public transportation. The city relies upon its daily patrons to, around and from the city.
